WHY WE ARE RECRUITING The first official Floyd Wickman Program graduated in 1980, with 23 agents producing 247 listings and 118 sales in just 13 weeks. As word got out about these results, more and more of Floyd's clients requested a program for their company, and over the next five years, Floyd personally trained and graduated over 2000 students.
By 1985, the demand for the program was greater than Floyd's supply of time, and so he brought his first trainer on board, and then another and another. Since then, the Floyd Wickman. Program has over 250,000 successful graduates from all across North America.
Programs have been taught for real estate agents, brokers, managers, loan officers, financial planners, general sales, network marketing and even troubled teenagers on probation. The bottom line is the Wickman method of training has impacted not only our students, but also their families, friends, clients and customers as well.
With the challenging real estate market conditions today, the program is needed more than ever, so we are expanding the team to meet this very real need. For the first time, we are bringing dual-career trainers on to the team - agents and brokers who want to continue selling real estate and teach Floyd's program.
